Aden and Jasper got adopted!

My boys were adopted as a pair today by a friend of mine who promises to spoil them like crazy! I am so happy that I will be able to Facebook stalk them and see them grow up.

So now all of my little ones have been adopted and in a few weeks I'll start over again with a new group of babies.

All set for a new home!

The boys got their last round of vaccines today! They are all set for their new home!

Study Buddies

Eventually they realized the studying involved me actually reading the book!

Daisy got adopted!

 My little princess Daisy was adopted today by a nice family with a dog and another cat at home to play with! I can tell that she will be spoiled and loved, which is what every foster momma wants!

Apollo time

Apollo, our pit bull, hanging out with the kittens. They love dogs and were purring the whole time. Daisy had lots of fun batting Apollo's big ears around and showing her belly off. They are such good kittens!

Pandora got Adopted!

My little troublemaker Pandora was adopted tonight by a lovely couple with a sweet dog who they adopted from LDCRF a while back. I am so very happy for her and wish her all the best with her new family!

The boys and Daisy are still looking for homes and will be at the Fair Lakes Petsmart adoption event this Saturday 1-4PM and the Tysons Petsmart adoption event this Sunday 1-4PM. Come meet them!!!

Better than Fireworks

We decided to have a quiet Fourth of July. We went out for sushi and ran right home to snuggle my sweet little kittens. 

Aden was the first to hop into my lap and nuzzle my nose with his little nose. He decided it was a good idea to twist backwards to see me while he purred like a freight train... He's a silly pretzel.

Daisy was in a super cuddly mood and decided to monopolize my lap with her favorite birdie toy. There is something about the shininess and feathers on that birdie that they all love.

Jasper was in a playful mood and preferred to chase Pandora around first, but when he was all worn out he came over and perched on my knee while I scratched his ears.

Pandora was the last kitten to tire out after chasing her brother Jasper up and down like a mad woman. She is a little spitfire this one.

My boys

My boys are always the first ones to snuggle attack me when I come into the kitten room. They are such loves and always making me smile. You couldn't ask for a better duo!

Daisy the Bag Lady

To celebrate the return of our electricity and the girls getting out of their cones, the kittens got some new toys. One toy was this crumply bag, which Daisy seems to love to run in and out of. It is hilarious!

Nyota got Adopted!

My little snuggle bug Nyota was adopted today by Will's sister and her husband! So glad I will be able to watch her grow up and visit her!

Cone Bound

Poor little Pandora and Daisy opened their stitches a little while running around and playing like mad women. So they both have to wear cones for a few days while they have some forced R&R away from their brothers. Daisy has to have antibiotics for a week so she will not be attending the adoption events this weekend, but Pandora will still be looking for a home along with her brothers!

Aden's got the Birdie!

Fun with Straws!

It's the simple things is life that make kittens happy. They love a day filled with extra cuddle time, feather toys, bells... and straws. That's right. Straws. The kittens love them! Here they are playing with their newest assortment of flexi straws. Such silly little monkeys!

Good Boys

Aden and Jasper went to their first adoption event today! They let all of the children pet them and were never bothered by all of the commotion or the barking dogs. They are such good kittens and beautifully socialized.

After a long day, the boys were ready to relax and enjoy the rest of their Sunday doing what they do best - snuggling, napping, and chasing the new feather toys they got for being such good brave babies!

The Boys' Debut!

Aden and Jasper are super excited that they will be attending their first Adoption Event this Sunday at the Tysons Petsmart from 1-4PM! Come meet them and fall in love with my sweet baby boys!

Speedy Recovery

The kittens are recovering nicely from their surgeries. The boys are bouncing around like nothing happened and the girls are in full cuddle mode. 

Daisy is always laying in the dog bed they are borrowing from the pups now when she's not playing. She is so pretty.

Pandora, Aden and Jasper are always snuggling in the bed too, but Jasper always hops on to my lap before I can get a picture.

Pandora is such a sweet silly girl.

Jasper always wants to know what I'm doing. This little goofball follows me everywhere.

Spay and Neuter Time!

All of our little ones are over 2 lbs now! That means it's time to be spayed and neutered so that they can find their forever homes! They have all grown so much since I first picked them up a month ago! Pandora is the biggest at an impressive 2.7 lbs and Nyota is the runt just weighing in at the 2 lb count off. I so love these little kittens and can't wait until I can pick them up either tonight or tomorrow. The boys will most likely go to an adoption event this weekend, but the girls are going to take a few extra days to heal up before they get to attend any adoption events.

Queen of the Toilet!

Daisy is Queen of the Toilet! This silly girl is so excited that she is big enough to jump up onto the back of the toilet. It's like her secret hideaway from the other kittens when they are all running around the bathroom.

Pillow Pile!

Man, oh man... I love these kittens! Pandora and the boys are always perching on top of the kitty tree I got them. They look like little explorers of a new world, even though it's just the bathroom...

They are also big fans of this bright pink pillow! They all pile on top of each other and snuggle in for cat naps. I find them like this all the time and it is absolutely adorable.

Nyota is always at my feet asking ever so softly, "Are you here for foods or cuddles?"

Little Daisy is all about the food! Here she is licking her lips after a good meal. She is my chow queen and loves to eat, eat, eat!

Hello there!

Aden can always tell when you are feeling a little blue. So he wiggled into my lap this afternoon and stared at me adoringly with those big green eyes until I was smiling and giggling at his cute face and roaring purr.

It is impossible to be unhappy when you're surrounded by sweet little kittens. Here's Aden saying hello!

Daisy and the Box

The kittens have a little box that they love to play in. They also snooze in it after meal times. Little Daisy had quite a full belly after lunch, so she stretched out and made herself comfy in the box. She is a cutie.

A Game of Cat and Mouse

Little Miss Daisy loves to play with the assortment of mice toys. She is always batting at their tails with her paws and carrying them around.

There are very few things in life cuter than Nyota. She is also super silly! Here she is making faces at the camera.

Cuddle time with the Kittens!

When I came into the kitten room to feed them their lunch I was covered with love, all five kittens worth on my lap! It started with Jasper, who instantly started to purr as soon as I opened the door. 

Nyota can't resist a cuddle session so she was quick to follow and perch on my other knee.

Then came Aden, chasing tails until he settled into my lap next to his brother Jasper.

And then there were three...

Pandora was finally all played out and decided to hop up into my lap too.

She wiggled into the middle to be nice and cozy...

Last but not least, little Daisy decided to leave her throne...

And then there I was, the lucky lady with five kittens on my lap. I love these little kittens!

Daisy the Tail Catcher

Daisy is the gentlest little girl. Here she is chasing the other kitties' tails ever so delicately as they all play.

Purr Box

All of the kittens are little purr boxes, but Nyota is truly a star.  She purrs and purrs and purrs....

She is such a loving girl and super cuddly.

Though shyer at first, Daisy has become quite the love. She adores belly rubs and is always happy to sneak into my lap while the others are playing. She is such a sweetheart!
